Current status of Coronavirus outbreaks
With the current status of Coronavirus outbreaks, we felt it necessary to address this concern with our clients. At St. Louis Cat Clinic, we believe it is our role and responsibility during this time to prioritize the health and well-being of our clients, pets and employees.
With that being said, we want to let you know the actions St. Louis Cat Clinic is taking to help prevent the spread of the virus and support the health and well-being of our community.
A series of precautionary steps has been established:
- Increased cleaning and sanitizing procedures throughout the clinic.
- Employees have been prepared to respond quickly to any emerging situation.
- We have extended a health policy for our employees. If they experience any illness symptoms, they will be supported while staying home.
During this time we are using curbside service for our clients. Please drive to the practice for your scheduled appointment time and call us when you arrive. A staff member will come out to the car to take the cat inside. Please have your cat in a carrier to make the transfer safe. If there are any questions or concerns while the exam is processing, we will call you to discuss, as well as go over any discharge information.
When the exam is finished staff will take your payment and bring your cat back to your car.
